Fox Communications has been commissioned to undertake a full rebrand of Hull & East Yorkshire Credit Union as part of the Government’s financial inclusion programme.
The Credit Union offers an ethical alternative to high street banks and door step lenders and helps those traditionally on low incomes and financially excluded to manage their finances.
Fox Communications will create a new brand identity for the organisation as well as producing literature promoting its products and services. In addition to this Fox Communications is creating a new website which will launch in early 2011 and coincide with a regional campaign surrounding the opening of the Union’s new head office in Hull City Centre.
The project is being funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.
John Smith, Development Office for Hull & East Yorkshire Credit Union said,
“This is a very exciting time for our Credit Union as we have significantly increased the number of products and services we can offer to customers. Fox Communications has provided us with the invaluable expertise that will help us relay these new services to our existing and potential customers, as well as communicate the benefits of being part of a Credit Union”.
Director of Fox Communications, Ben Fox commented,
“It’s great to be working on a project for the DWP that will help Hull and East Yorkshire Credit Union communicate with customers more effectively both on and offline. It’s a very worthy organisation – especially in these times – and we believe that our solutions will ensure that the messages will get through to the required audiences. ”
