It’s not rocket surgery.

To win new business or to retain existing clients is not a dark art. It comes down to basic requirements that we all have and expect from those with whom we do business:

1. Likability – Agency-Client relationships are all about people – if a client doesn’t like you then they’ll go elsewhere.
2. Trust – If you do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it, (and do it well) then a client will trust you, and use you again.

That’s all there is to it really.
